Overview
PT-HK-2440 conforms to ASTM D2440 Standard Test Method for Oxidation Stability of Mineral Insulating Oil. It is used to measure the resistance of mineral transformer oils to oxidation under prescribed accelerated aging conditions. Oxidation stability is measured by the propensity of oils to form sludge and acid products during oxidation. This test method is applicable to new oils, both uninhibited and inhibited, but is not well defined for used or reclaimed oils.
Features
1. Metal bath heating, without refueling, energy saving and easy to use
2. PID control can quickly remain stable after reaching the target temperature, saving waiting time
3. Operates at 110°C with ±0.2°C stability
4. The oxidation process adopts digital stopwatch to do time-keeping.
5. The sample cooling adopts air cooling, less than four hours.
6. The flow meter is equipped with voltage and steady flow stabilization device. The precision of flow is high.
