Introduction:
The instrument is specially designed and manufactured based petrochemical industry standard "Grease roller stability determination method ". Determination of grease consistency changes apply to work on a drum testing machine after the grease used to determine the mechanical shear stability.
Grease roller stability is composed of the operating system and temperature control system. Operating system is driven by a gear motor drum rotation. Temperature control system is composed of digital temperature control table, heaters, sensors, fans stirring and insulation box body, to ensure uniform temperature inside, in order to meet the needs of different experimental temperatures. The instrument has reasonable structure, convenient operation, is to determine the grease mechanical shear stability necessary equipment.
