Introduction:
This instrument is designed and manufactured based on the national standard “Determination of saponification value of petroleum products", for the determination of the saponification content of petroleum products under the experimental conditions.
Under the specified test conditions in this standard system, the number of milligrams of potassium hydroxide 1 g sample consumed is called saponification value.
Method Summary: The known quantity of sample was dissolved in methyl ethyl ketone, and heated together with quantitative ethanol solution of potassium hydroxide, with a standard solution of hydrochloric acid titrated excess base, and calculate its saponification value.
The instrument is composed of a stainless steel tank water bath as the main body, with stainless steel rods, stainless steel bath lid, intelligent digital display temperature control, 250ml conical flask, straight reflux condenser, 25ml pipette, 50ml indexing of 0.1ml burette and a variety of fixtures and others, the instrument has a temperature can be set within the room temperature to 100 ℃, heating fast, constant temperature with high precision, instrument uses a corrosion-resistant material, it can be long-term use. The multi-purpose jig and water bath heated have good constant temperature performance, for a variety of uses laboratory use.
