Lubricant Oxidation Stability Analyzer (Rotating Bomb Method)

Introduction:

The instrument is designed for the oxidation stability determination of having the same composition (base oil and additives) in new and used turbine oil.

This instrument uses high-precision intelligent digital temperature control device for temperature control, high precision thermostat. Method includes an auxiliary heating and automatic temperature rapid heating and other settings.

Pressure recorder uses the latest type of paperless recorder, in production process large amounts of data record can be analyzed and managed, the recorder without recording paper, there is no burden of cost, and with a full digital recording stress, record poor accuracy of the data, the user can transfer record data on the instrument through the U disk to the computer for data analysis.

Meanwhile, the instrument uses a United States imported pressure transmitter, to achieve high precision pressure display.

The instrument is our latest design, in the most critical transmission device, using a newly developed gear transmission, replaced the previous chain drives and later improved tooth chain drive. Latest gearing has no noise, stable performance, no loss of benefits. And also select high-temperature and high-temperature bearing seals. Therefore, rotation speed and stability is not lost, and the frame is installed in the rotary stirring blades, so that the rotation of stirring at the same time, the oil bath temperature was more stable.
