Introduction:
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM D323 standard national standard, applicable to the vapor pressure determination of gasoline, volatile crude oil and other volatile petroleum products vapor pressure. It cannot be used to determine the vapor pressure of liquefied petroleum gas.
The instrument is controlled by the MCU automatic saturation vapor pressure measuring device, because of the various parts of a computer system to detect, calculate and control, the entire system is easy to operate, high degree of automation, test results are accurate, and good reproducibility. The technical level is the leading among domestic similar instrument.
The current operation prompts at the bottom of each screen, the user need not even read the instructions, and the determination of the saturated vapor pressure can be carried out only according to the current instructions. When the end of the determination, the system will prompt sound, display the measured value of locking saturation vapor pressure, waits for the user to further select, the measurement results can be saved to be printed.
The system consists of the power supply board, the system board, control panel, water bath, heater, water bath circulating pump, temperature measurement and control devices, pressure testing system, test bombs, bomb tests stirring mechanism, LCD screen, keyboard and printer and other components.
Function of each part is summarized as follows:
l the system board is running hub of the entire system, according to a pre-set program, in the user's keyboard operation, command systems for all parts of the coordination operation.
l Water bath is used to provide a suitable experimental bomb test temperature. Water bath circulation pump used to ensure the uniformity of the temperature of the water bath.
l Temperature measurement and control means for controlling the temperature of the water bath, so that a constant temperature water bath temperature within the range of 37.8 0.1 ℃.
l Pressure detection system used for collection and calculation of bomb three experimental pressure data
l Experimental missile is manufactured in accordance with national standards, the maximum pressure of 1Mpa.
l Test bomb stirring mechanism is used to test bomb reciprocal rotating stirring, so that the elastic inner pressure evenly. Rotation angle is 350 degrees.
l LCD is the main interactive interface, in the instrument all information exchange through the interface with the user.
l The keyboard is interactive tool, users perform various operations through the keyboard to guide the instrument.
l the printer is used to print the test report.
