Instrument overview
PT-SC-3554 The petroleum wax oil content tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the Standard ASTM D721 Standard Test Method for Oil Content of Petroleum Waxes, and GB / T3554 test method for oil content in petroleum wax. It is applicable to the determination of the oil content of petroleum wax whose freezing point is above 30 ℃ and oil content is not more than 15%. Dissolve the sample in butanone, cool to - 32 ℃, separate out the wax, filter and steam out the butanone in the filtrate, weigh the residual oil and calculate the oil content of the wax.

Structural characteristics
1. The - 35 ℃ cold bath is an independent design refrigeration device, which has 4 cold baths in total, and 2 samples can be tested in groups.
2. The temperature of water bath is controllable and adjustable.
3. The evaporator at 35 ℃ is an air bath evaporation device with a control temperature of 35 ℃. The amount of air blowing into the sample in the evaporation device is detected by the glass rotameter, which can accurately control the amount of air blowing according to the specific requirements of the test. The air blowing time can be set at will by the timer within 60min according to the time requirements of the test.
