Application

The rolling contact fatigue test bench is mainly used to simulate the failure test of rolling contact parts. and the constant load is applied to the rolling or rolling and sliding contact specimens, so that the contact surface is subject to cyclic contact stress. By controlling and changing the parameters such as load, speed, slip rate, time, friction partner material, surface roughness, hardness and other parameters, the test is performed to evaluate the comprehensive use performance of the sample material.

The machine has a horizontal frame structure, which is controlled by the imported AC servo motor to load and rotate. The test parameters are unitized, convenient to operate, and the test readings are accurate and reliable. The parameters can be easily controlled by the computer, and It can display the curve of friction torque - time, test force - friction coefficient in real time, and record, save , print the curve.
