Introduction
The instrument adopts the differential pressure comparison method of the measured object and the reference object and can use the high sensitivity of the differential pressure sensor to detect very small leaks. During testing the workpiece is put into a sealed container for pressure or vacuum. If the workpiece has a small leak the pressure in the sealed container will change to detect a small leak. The gas will fill the work piece cavity during inflation. A large leak was detected by the pressure method.
Performance characteristics
1. Meet the ASTM F2338, USP1207.1 standard
2. Semi-automatic detection suitable for small batch and multi-variety testing
3. The leak rate can be automatically converted into defect aperture um
4. The test result database is stored to facilitate quality management
5. Using compressed air to detect low cost
