Application
The Microcomputer Controlled High Temperature Linear Reciprocating Friction Wear Tester is a testing instrument used to study the friction properties of materials or surface coatings. This testing machine is in the form of a linear reciprocating motion under a certain test force. Testing is performed by controlling and changing the parameters of load, frequency, stroke, time, friction partner material, surface roughness, hardness and other parameters to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the material or surface coating. The machine adopts industrial control computer and related software to realize the whole process control of the whole machine and test process, real-time display of test force, test time, test frequency, friction force, friction coefficient and test temperature, storage data print report, and draw various parameters curve.
The machine is equipped with main parameters over-preset shutdown or alarm protection.
