Horizontal Rectangular Pressure Steam Sterilizer

Characteristics:

1. Main body adopts rectangular double-layer structure. Inner layer is high quality 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel and outer layer is pressure vessel steel plate Q235-B. Both layers are welded by adopting automatic welding technology. Inner layer is treated with special mechanical process and chemical surface technology. 

2. Safe reliable full-automatic program operation control over pressure, temperature and time, LED display screen, dialogue frame of displaying whole sterilization process. Sterilization process is controlled automatically to ensure easy operation, without need of monitoring.

3. Sterilization temperature range 105-1290C is available, sterilization procedure can be set freely to sterilize different types of items.

4. This sterilizer automatically starts countdown function when entering drying procedure, automatically cut off heating power after drying is finished, and gives alarm to indicate procedure operation is completed.

5. It is equipped with over-temperature, overpressure automatic protective device.

6. When the sterilizer door is not closed tightly, steam cannot enter inner chamber body, then give alarm, the door is interlocked and cannot be opened when the pressure inside sterilization chamber is more than 0.027Mpa.

7. Safety valve automatically release pressure for protection when steam pressure exceeds operating pressure.

8. Heating cannot be realized when level is high, and protective device automatically cuts off power and gives alarm when water level is low.

9. Power breaker automatically cuts off power in time of current over.

10. Air-tight door adopts radial latch locking structure, and is equipped with safe interlocking device to ensure easy operation. Sealing ring adopts high temperature resistant, highly elastic silicon rubber to ensure long durability.
