The laboratory high-speed shear dispersion emulsification machine is driven by a compact series excited micro high-speed motor, which is suitable for mixing low to medium and high viscosity liquid in laboratory or pilot plant, and shearing emulsification of crushed particles in liquid medium. The machine is composed of high-density die-casting aluminum alloy as the driving motor, high-quality stainless steel refined shear emulsion working head and speed control controller.
Main characteristics
1. The operation state controller adopts stepless speed regulator, and the digital display type adopts rotating button structure, which is convenient for speed regulation and data setting.
2. The driving motor is a series micro motor with high output power and compact structure.
1. The shear emulsion mixing head is made of high-quality stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and is easy to be disassembled and replaced with stator.
