Brief function
The high and low temperature friction wear tester uses the form of end face sliding friction to evaluate the use performance of engineering plastics, powder metal, etc. under specified technical conditions, and determines the abrasion resistance and material matching characteristics of its materials. The test can be carried out by changing various parameters such as load, speed, time, friction mate material, surface roughness, hardness and test environment temperature. The whole test can be controlled by computer ,and the system software can monitor the test process in real time as well as record the relevant test parameters and curves.
