Purpose:
This Forced Convection Drying Oven is suitable for the production enterprises such as electronics, electric, instrument, material, semi-conductor etc. to dry, bake and carry out heat treatment tests on the non-combustible, non-explosive goods; for the scientific research of the units including schools, medication, foods and chemical industry etc. as well as drying, baking, sterilizing, heat preserving and carrying out heat treatment tests on the non-combustible, non-explosive goods; especially suitable for the drying and aging during the production process of LED, LCD, quartz crystal, capacitor and resistor etc. which require high constant temperature precision and reliability.
The CS101 series forced air convection drying oven adopts the methods such as forced blast, reasonable allocation of high performance heating components and scientific distribution of hot air convection holes, which make the temperature in the oven as even as possible. When it is in the best conditions, the evenness of each point in the available space in the oven can be as high as ±1℃, which can compare with the drying ovens made in Japan, Taiwan and Germany etc.
The CS101 series is a product of new generation; it adopts the latest digital display instrument for temperature measurement, so the temperature control is easy, accurate, clear and obvious.
Structure:
The drying oven is made of thin steel sheets; fiberglass is inserted between the working chamber and outer plate of the oven as thermal insulation. There is a glass window in the center of the door for observing the working chamber. The instrument adopts high performance heater which heats from the top and both sides, then the heat will be forced to convect by fan(s). All the electric devices are installed in the upper part of the oven. The electric heater is installed on the interior working chamber of the oven, and it is divided into two sets, namely “Low temperature” and “High temperature”, and there is an indicator light indicating the heating. It means that the electric heater is working when the light is lit, and the heating is stopped when the light is off.
