Description
BSRD-1271L Filter Press or Static Fluid Loss is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API standard specification 10. It is mainly used to determine the water loss performance of drilling and cementing slurry at high temperature and high pressure.
Feature
2.1 The cement slurry cylinder and shell of BSRD-1271L high temperature and high pressure water loss tester are all made of stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion.
2.2 The temperature control system uses Japan OMRON thermostat, which has high temperature control accuracy.
2.3 The equipment has a built-in timing alarm device, and the buzzer will automatically alarm after the test is over.
2.4 The threaded gas source quick plug is adopted, which is safe, convenient and reliable.
2.5 The slurry cup of the high temperature and high pressure water loss tester is machined from solid stainless steel bars. The slurry cup cover and the slurry cup at both ends are sealed with thread, which has good sealing performance and is safe and reliable to use.
