MLG-130 dry sand rubber wheel wear tester is dry sand semi-free abrasive wear tester. The testing machine complies with the requirements of the American ASTM-G65 (Standard Test Method for Measuring Abrasion Using the Dry Sand / Rubber Wheel1 Apparatus) standard, and also meets the requirements of JBT-7705-1995 (loose abrasive grain abrasive test method. Principle : Quartz sand falls freely along the metal nozzle, and the clockwise rotating rubber wheel drives the quartz sand (ore sand, gravel, sand) and other abrasives to wear on various metal or non-metal materials, thereby conducting abrasion resistance tests on the material.
Since the parameters such as the positive pressure exerted by the rubber wheel on the sample can be changed, this machine can simulate various working conditions well. It can be used in various industries for mining machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, transportation machinery, agricultural machinery, etc. Screening tests of abrasion-resistant materials are performed indoors. This machine can also be better used by scientific research departments to study the abrasive wear mechanism.
In order to prolong the service life of the rubber wheel, this machine adds a fixture adjustment device to make the fulcrum pivot point adjustable. At the same time, a fixed-speed counter is also used to automatically control the shutdown when the sample is worn to a predetermined number of revolutions.
