The use of reasonable lighting systems creates a relatively closed working environment with stable light and is controlled through HMI. The transmission line can be externally triggered for continuous detection or blocked for stationary detection. Common defects such as assembly, appearance defects, characters, and colors can be detected through the graphical programming software Kimage. The output results are passed to the rejection device to realize automatic material distribution or rejection, which is suitable for non-stop online inspection of the production line, and can also be used with industrial robots to complete automatic loading and unloading.
