Air Circulation Oven

Purpose:

The electrothermal constant temperature air circulation drying oven is for the laboratories of the units such as scientific research, specialty universities and colleges, industrial and mining enterprises etc to test or produce, including the application of drying, solidifying, baking, wax melting and sterilizing etc.

Structure:

The body of the oven is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate, finished with electrostatic powder spraying; the coat is hard and firm, with strong rust resistance.

The working chamber is made of high quality stainless steel sheet, with round corner modeling which is smooth, fluent, and easy to clean.

Superfine glass wool thermal insulation material is filled between the body of oven and the working chamber, which is with nice heat preservation. It can ensure effectively the stability, accuracy of the temperature in the oven as well as the impact on environment.

The observation window on the door is made of double-layer tempered glass, the material heated in the oven can be observed clearly, meanwhile, the thermal insulation is well.

Reasonable hot air circulation channel is designed in the oven, so that the temperature distribution in the oven is more even, and the temperature rises faster; it is also equipped with adjustable air outlet, for adjusting the inlet and outlet air volume of the oven. If the gas ejected from the oven is with odor or poison, other pipe(s) can be easily connected to the air outlet for ejecting such gas to the designated place.

The temperature control is fabricated by microcomputer intelligent digital technology, which is with the functions of industrial PID self-adjustment and four-digit double LED windows indication, the temperature control is accurate with strong anti-jamming ability.
