Description

The BSRD-7021 pressurized curing kettle is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API Standard Specification 10. The test block used for oil well cement strength test is cured under high temperature and high pressure conditions. The equipment shell adopts all stainless steel design, which is long-lasting. It adopts the British Eurotherm 3504 controller, which has high temperature and pressure control accuracy. It combines American imported sensors, American SC booster pumps and high-performance pressure relief pumps independently developed by our company to achieve automatic control of temperature and pressure.

The key components of the maintenance kettle are the products of well-known international manufacturers, such as the British Eurotherm 3504 controller, the American SC booster pump, the American Gems pressure sensor, the American hip high-pressure valve, the high-pressure pipeline, the German ultra-high pressure gauge, the German tecsis gas source pressure gauge, the American aircraft Trafigura high-pressure relief valve, the overall structure and performance of the instrument fully meet the standards of similar American instruments.

Feature
2.1. The pressurized curing kettle adopts automatic temperature and pressure control. The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with imported pressure sensors, booster pumps, and pressure relief pumps. The pressure is controlled according to the setting program of the British Continental controller. The sealing method developed automatically by the company replaces the old-fashioned nut-locked sealing method, which can guarantee the long-term sealing of the kettle body under low pressure and high pressure.

2.2. The equipment water uses a 40-micron backwashable filter device to ensure the cleanliness of the equipment water and increase the service life of the imported booster pump.

2.3. Install a cooling water jacket (independently developed by our company) on the high-pressure pipeline between the kettle body and the pressure relief pump to ensure that the temperature of the water discharged from the kettle body to the pressure relief pump is consistent with the pressure during the heating process. 2.4. The cooling method of the pressurized curing kettle after the experiment is internal cooling, which has high cooling efficiency.

2.5. In terms of safety, the high temperature and high pressure curing kettle has multiple protections. The maximum alarm temperature and maximum alarm pressure can be set on the controller. When the temperature exceeds the temperature or the pressure relief pump fails, the temperature and pressure reach the maximum alarm and the controller is online. It will control the heater to cut off power and give an alarm to ensure that the temperature and pressure of the kettle body will no longer increase and thus play a protective role. After hearing the alarm, the experimenter can manually complete the remaining experiments according to the actual situation. In addition, a bursting disc is installed on the high-pressure pipeline. After the pressure of the kettle body exceeds the maximum pressure of the bursting disc, the bursting disc bursts to protect the kettle body.
2.6. Electric lifting, easy to disassemble and assemble the kettle cover.
2.7. A second heavy air-water separation device is added at the front end of the air intake of the American booster pump to prevent unclean compressed air from entering the booster pump after the first heavy air-water separation device fails and damages the booster pump.
2.8. Using the American Freetoker relief valve, after the pressure relief pump fails, it can continue to ensure that the experiment runs to the constant temperature stage, without the need to continue manual pressure relief during the heating stage, which greatly increases the stability of the experiment process.
