Penetrometer (For wax)

Summary

This instrument is designed and made as per GB/T 4985-2010 Standard Penetration Test for Petroleum Waxes. It is used to determine the penetration of petroleum waxes. It can also be used to determine solid fine particle, powder, colloid and raw-food materials such as cheese, glycine, butter, cream and leavening. It can be widely used in food industry, highway engineering and other industrial fields.

I. Main technical features

1. It adopts digital display to show penetration value. Easy to observe.

2. It adopts 6 grades of timing control. Operator can choose it according to requirement.

3. It has functions for both coarse and fine adjustment to make needle penetrate into sample accurately.

1. Measurement range:(0～600) penetration

2. Timing control: 5s, 8s, 10s, 12s, 30s, 60s can be selected. The bias is within ±0.1s.

6. Temperature control accuracy: (25±0.1)℃( Note: ambient temperature shall not over 20℃)

7. Temperature control mode: High accuracy digital temperature controller

10.Standard needle: (2.5±0.05)g

11.Needle holder: It can be adjusted roughly and finely without measurable frication to make the needle aim the sample conveniently.

14. Others: Equipped with cold light source. Easy to operate

III. Optional accessories

1. Grease worker: Used to determine lubricating grease (Or petrolatum)
