Introduction:
This product is designed and manufactured based on "Liquid petroleum products Determination of hydrocarbons (fluorescent indicator adsorption method)" standard, the instrument used to determine the volume percentage of oil saturated hydrocarbons, olefins and aromatics. It uses principle that fluorescent indicator made main hydrocarbons in liquid petroleum products displayed on a silica gel column adsorption, to calculate the volume percent of hydrocarbons.
The instrument uses environmentally safe design of the structure, is the latest in the industry structure, it avoids direct contact with the operator and ultraviolet light, protecting the safety of the operator. Meanwhile using imported precision adsorption column, calibration hydrocarbon interface uses a movable positioning pointer. At the same time the machine uses two sets of oscillators, and the oscillator and the analyzer is the design of one machine, the user can adjust the oscillation frequency of each group according to their needs, that it gives the desired oscillation frequency, the instrument's operation more convenient.
The machine set the strength of vibration switch, the user can adjust the vibration strength appropriate size. The machine set pressure limiting devices and air filtration device, so that the air entering the adsorption column is stable and pure.
Gas path design inside the instrument is simple and reliable, set up a two-way pressure regulator valve on the operation panel, and adjust the valve to obtain the required pressure.
It also added a filter within the instrument air compressor regulator device and pressure limiting device, so that both pure and stable foreign gas enters into the adsorption column.
