Introduction:

This instrument is used to test the oxidation stability of gasoline special equipment, with a reasonable structure, convenient operation, high precision temperature, pressure recorder uses the most advanced intelligent electronic digital paperless loggers, are the latest generation of products, the use of a dual channel display, reliable performance, wide range, high precision, large memory data capacity, and can be transmitted through the U disk to collect data logger to a PC for analysis.

At the same time supporting a high-precision instrument pressure transmitter, with high precision pressure, stable performance, so that the measured data is accurate to several decimal places, which is the product of the highest technological content.

The instrument chose bath and cover made of stainless-steel plate, durable, and in order to make the bath temperature accurate, especially the addition of 1500 rev / min stirring motor. For the convenience of the user, the instrument on the table, the new addition of the handling bomb racks, and added a transparent glass tube in left, in order to observe the level of liquid inside bath.

Samples oxidized in an oxygen bomb, this bomb oxygenation oxygen to 689 kPa at 15 ~ 25 ℃, and then heated to between 98 ~ 102 ℃, in accordance with a predetermined time interval to read pressure or continuous recording pressure until it reaches a turning point sample, time needed to reach the turning point is the test temperature measured induction period, thus measured induction period can be calculated during the induction period 100 ℃.

Related defined as follows:

1. The turning point: the point in pressure - time curve, is the point that in less than 15 minutes pressure drop of 13.8 kPa, and next following 15 minutes the pressure drop is not less than 13.8 kPa begins to drop.

2. The induction period: time from the oxygen bomb placed in 100 ℃ bath to the turning points, in minutes.
