Introduction:
The instrument is based on "Determination of sulfur content in petroleum products” (tube furnace method) requirements, designed and manufactured for petroleum and its products, research and other industries. It has a compact shape, reasonable design, the use of SCM process control, high degree of automation. For the sulfur content determination in oil, crude oil, coke and other petroleum products and residues.
The instrument consists of a horizontal type of tube furnace systems, digital temperature control system, the motor drive control systems, air purification flow regulation system. Furnace is heated by the electric wire, the servo motor automatically controlled by a microcontroller, and manual fast forward, rewind, determination, and stop function. Installation of two parallel quartz tubes with grinding mouth straight pipe, which can be tested on two samples once, can make two parallel results. Three scrubber for cleaning the air, such as when the sulfur content in the test room air changes frequently, can be equipped with a U-tube series of activated carbon in the supply circuit, pump and air-conditioning flow system can be adjustable the air flow for test requirements. The furnace thermocouple located in the center, can accurately measure the temperature of the heating furnace, and automatic temperature control.
